As far as the Gen X print thing goes, I think it's accurate. I'm currently taking some classes in Coursera, and I find myself muting the video and reading the transcript. I do not enjoy pre-recorded video learning, and after all these years of trying (thanks DoD CBTs) I no longer try to adapt to it.
I love the ability to set the speed to 2x on youtube instructions. I also live right click == advance 10 seconds.
In terms of phone notifications, I assume you do what I do - put your phone into do not disturb mode, and then for certain contacts there is a setting that says they don't get muted by do not disturb.
I use mine about an hour a day for phone calls (mostly with Hubby over lunch - which will be changing as he starts working from home) Probably another 15 minutes of texting replies. That's about it. I might use it to take a picture once or twice a week. Everything I do, I do from my computer. Unless I'm traveling, and then I do it from my tablet.
I totally read everything when possible. I don't like pod casts, or audio books, and listen to most YouTube on x2/1.75 and/or just the CC. (Unless it's music)
But, because of reading so much across the web, I'm reading fewer and fewer books. ebook or otherwise. My eyes and brain are already worn out.

Exactly. With the latest changes, though, I've completely disabled all other notifications on my phone, whether in DND or not.
