This is good stuff. I'm 60K words into my 100K novel and I'm thinking where in the world did this section come from and why am I still writing it? I keep thinking I am way off base and I need to get it back on track. Then I remember this is the 1st draft and apart from a shaky outline I have no idea where it's all going. So I might as well keep going.
