Memes & a Request
π ππ¦π―π΄π¦ π°π§ ππΆπ³π₯π¦π³ is live β and I have a favor to ask of you
A Sense of Murder is out! Woohoo! If youβve been waiting for it, nowβs the time to go get yourself a copy from Amazon.
If youβre one of my readers, I appreciate you more than I can say. I am tremendously grateful that you decided to give my book a chance. I am going to take this opportunity to ask you for one more favor, though. Itβs a little one, I promise!
If youβve read A Sense of Murder, please leave an Amazon review. Even something as short as one sentence makes a huge impact. For a new book, this is the single biggest thing you can do to help an author succeed.
Why are reviews so important? Amazonβs algorithm uses review count and velocity to decide who sees the book. The first 15 reviews are worth more than the next 100. Without them, even people who would love the book might never find it.
And hey, Iβm not Abnayel. Iβm not asking you to lie, or even skate around the truth. Leave your honest opinion, please! I want to know what you actually thought. Okay? Okay. Now, letβs get on to some memes!

Now, which is more fun:
1. planting a detail that will pay off ten chapters later, or
2. realizing that the detail you put in ten chapters ago means you didn't just write yourself into a corner.
I'm about 2/3 done, so I'll probably be able to finish and leave a review this evening after work. I suppose it's okay.
(Just kidding. It's excellent and I'm very much enjoying it. I like the concept of a multi-world empire connected by magic instead of starships.)
