I don't think so - Angus is from a novel-ish thing I did for NaNo one year, which may see the light of day at some point now that I know what's (probably) wrong with it. That's more urban SF or modern-day science fantasy. I was deliberately thinking of Charles Stross' Laundry Files for the ammonite, though in a setting with a bit less black doom and more humor.
